Shane is an awesome guy, he's professional, customer service oriented, and knows how to treat his customers. I highly recommend the place if you need tires or wheels and you're in a bind. I also need to add that I am impressed with the technicians, I have been a tire tech in the past for a long time and I don't see tire companies with good techs who take pride in their work except for this place. They mount the tires with precision and actually mount them correctly and even line up the yellow dots to the stems, not many techs know about that. Great job guys! I highly recommend the place.”

Had a blowout and just needed a basic replacement spare they had me fixed up and driving away in under 15 minutes and about 30$ vs over 100 for a brand new one... “A good place to purchase tires but like virtually every place we've ever been to, thet way over tightened the lugs nuts. Sure it will keep the wheels from ever coming off but then too you may not be abke to remove the lugs nuts with your lugs nut wrench OR you will break your wrench trying to break the lugs nuts loose. Either way, you could end up stranded at a bad place and at a bad time. I've seen it more than once.”

He drove our stuck truck out of the mud while my husband was towing it with the tractor. He was friendly and worked well with my husband who is recovering from hip and knee replacement. They had some at the warehouse in the price range I was looking for. They went to the warehouse, picked them up then stayed a little past 5 to complete the purchase and load them up for me. Will be using them for future tire needs ?”

“Had a blowout on my Class C RV between Tahoka and Brownfield Tx on hwy 380. Called Brownfield tire shops, all out of business or didn't answer the phone Saturday morning. Called Bill Williams tire in Lubbock, they answered after several tries, and were willing to road service me, but didn't have my tires in stick. Told me to call Southern. Roger at Southern had my tires and sent Luis out with them within 2 hours of my call. The service truck was fully equipped and Luis knew what he was doing. We were back on the road by noon, and I was not gouged on the cost. No one wants to be stranded in an RV, but if it happens and you are within about a 50 mile radius of them, don't waste your time with other tire shops. I could not have gotten better service anywhere”
