“Thank you to this establishment! The young men were very professional. Rental company Had gave us a car that had a bent rim as we head up to Colorado from San Antonio. For about 4hrs i had to stop at every gas station or pull over and use my compressor to put air in tire. The gentleman here took wheel off and saw that it was bent. The older gentleman I assume is manager or owner let me and my dog stay on property while my wife went to go exchange rentals! Thank yall for the hospitality and professionalism.”

I originally went to Discount Tire and they told me that they wouldn't be able to fix it and the only solution was to spend over $350 to buy a brand new tire. McWhorter's not only fixed it, but they had it done quickly and didn't charge me after the appointment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a tire patched up!”

“As someone who works in the Car industry, i understand all the chaos. I got my truck alignment done and It was ready to pick up right before 5 and I showed up as they closed. When I left i noticed the truck was still pulling right so I had called Saturday to see if they can work on my truck again, Thankfully Christian had the most positive attitude and was like just come back Monday when they have alignment staff. I got the truck back to them and they got it fixed. they told me the cause of why it was still pulling but I forgot. But I give them 5 stars because they kept a positive attitude. Today i realize that most auto companies and service departments are so quick to judge and almost unwelcoming. So thank you Christian/ Forrest tires for being polite and getting my truck done right !”

“Picked up a commercial truck in Lubbock to bring back to Canada. The tires on the truck were extremely under deflated. Stopped in with no appointment and they accommodated my immediately. They did not push me into tire replacement or try any funny business. Charged a very modest fee for the help. Great group of guys.”

“We had the unfortunate experience of driving a loaded cattle pot and blew a rear trailer tire on I-27. Attempted 2 other shops that would not attempt to change a tire on a loaded trailer. We pulled into McWhorters Tire Shop at noon. (By this time blew the other tire on the same axle) They got us in immediately and got straight to work. The blown tire tore out the trailer lights and mudflap. The assistant manager jumped in and helped to rig up the mudflap. Not only did they go above and beyond but their service was phenomenal and had us back on the road in no time!”

I had a horrible experience from dealership Spirit on Q. No lock for my tires in vehicle and they sold me, 1yr ago. Drove into Tire Tech at 7 percent tire pressure. Mike took my SUV immediately in to be repaired. I had never heard of Tire Tech. You have won me over and I will always be grateful for the empathy Mike showed towards me. Not very many people now days that have a caring heart.”

“I called Mavis due to needing new brakes. Mitchell answered the phone and that they did have an opening, so I went right over. My wait was on about 5 minutes before the took my car in and started tight to work assessing what needed to be done. After the assessment, Mitchell took me to my car and explained the condition of the brakes. He then took me back inside and explained the options for me. Once the option was decided the crew went right to work replacing the brakes. I waited in the waiting area and was very comfortable. Mitchell is a very good ambassador for Mavis Tire and Brakes, he provided excellent customer service.”
