βThis Popshelf is such a fun store! Theyβve got a great selection and really good prices, so itβs easy to find something you didnβt even know you needed. On top of that, the assistant manager Jetta was amazing super friendly and helpful the whole time. She made the shopping experience even better. Definitely coming back!β
βThis is the great store to come in! Not only is it a well put together but it's extremely organized and most items are on stock. It is very easy to walk around and purchase items at this store. Not just that you can look at things that have I have for sale at an ease. It can be tricky to get to the store and park if you don't know your way around there. I give it 4 out of 5 ? due to the fact that the staff does not seem to notice you when you walk in or when you leave. Other than that great store to come in and shop.β
βThere's always something new and cool to see and to buy. Everything is low priced and high quality. I bought myself a bento lunchbox and a noodle bowl, both for under 6$ apiece. There's a bunch of unique candy, gifts, and novelties to stuff Xmas stockings, Easter baskets, and party favor bags.β
βAll of these employees are extremely kind and friendly. I love going here on a daily basis.
All of the cashiers remember me by name and my brand of cigarettes and soda.
There is very little new stock left on the floors and in the middle of the aisles.
This store is much better organized than other locations and I prefer it to those locations as well.β
βMy only negative is so much is crammed into the store, but the staff l engaged with at the Dollar General on Franklin in Waco went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me find what l came into the store to buy...even to the point of finding a cart for me to carry what l bought. Their attitudes were more than helpful, pleasent and courteous.I had no idea this was Dollar General...or at least at this location bc l had been to another location where l got the feeling l was almost an imposition. Here, they try harder...just as Avis car rental said they did years ago. I didn't feel like 'just' a customer!β
βAwesome clerks and superb selection of items. A different kind of store similar to a small mom and pop convenience store with a small selection of fresh produce and frozen/refrigerated items as well.β
βI come in this Dollar General almost everyday for something. The staff is so friendly. Especially Ashley! She is always helpful when im looking for something. If they don't have it she helps me find something close to it!β
βThe staff in this store are great. They have plenty of inventory and that makes it a little tight in the aisles. Other than that? Easy in, easy out, with friendly knowledgeable staff. All goodβ
βBusy busy busy. They had all the items I came in to buy, and more!! For around 5pm on a Saturday evening, they REALLY needed more than 1 checkout cashier working!!!β
βMy favorite place to pick up last minute needs for the house. Everyone here is very friendly and greeted as you walk in. Highly recommend this store and this locationβ

βCustomer service can be greatly improved. Waiting can be excessive, and the associate appears to be lagging. They make customers wait in a long line prior to helping. Theft Pervention is awful and annoying.β
βI like this particular location. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. The bathroom is clean and they keep up their inventory daily. I've been to other locations in Waco, where they kept their stock carts in the middle of the aisles, accuse everyone of stealing and just being unprofessional in their own work environment. I enjoy shopping at the Dollar Tree! I prefer and recommend the North Hewitt location!β
βAlways clean, and well-stocked. Staff is friendly and easy to find in the stored. I consider this one of the best Dollar Generals in Waco, if not the State of Texas.β

βDollar tree is still the go to store for great deals most times cheaper than many others however they have recently been quietly inching up prices so it's begining to resemble all the others now that have always been more on some things they are now actually MORE THAN WALMART this said there's Stull alot of great finds so I recommend goingβ
βFamily Dollar Store located at 624 E. Waco, Texas, give supreme customer service, very efficient, and very personable.They are very caring. The clerks and the manager are aware that I am not to walk anywhere without someone being with me; they really take care of me. They treat me very well not just as a customer but like their mother.
I shall always shop there, for they are 100 percent.β
βFirst visit since the most recent remodeling. Outside cart returns were much needed. More of a grocery store like feel, which is a plus. Makes finding what you're looking for better and checkout has improved as well. The self-checkout register only accepts card only, but subject to change at a later update. Overall, I'll continue to return. Keep up the good customer service. Thank you.β
βI wanted to leave a review for Mrs.Cynthia Ranson. She works at the Dollar general on LaSalle in Waco Texas. The store is kind of in the middle of a very nice well to do college campus and a more lower income area. She deals with a lot of well to do college kids that have money in their entitled, and then others that are having a bad day and down in life I wanted to write and say I speak with this nice lady almost every other day and she's always very kind and uplifting. She deserves a recognition of being able to deal with all types of people from different walks of life and keep a smile on her face. The world needs more people like this she definitely deserves her recognition for what she does on a daily basis. Thank you Mrs. Cynthia.β
βVery clean store, the isles are so close together like in most stores. The people that work there are very nice, and asked everyone who came in if they needed help. I will be going there more often!β
βThe new store manager Haylee is just the sweetest & kindest young lady. She has turned that store in Lacy Lakeview around!!! She & her staff have stopped the shoplifters!!!!It's about time that Dollar General started taking back!!! The store is in a "drug-infested" area of Lacy Lakeview.Way to go Haylee & all of your staff!!! ?β

βIt's your typical family dollar. There is one in Temple,TX that is an incredible store. They push holiday items for a great price. Check it out. It's located off of 31st Street in the same shopping center as the HEB.β

βIts the cleanest Family Dollor around always has been. So its easy to shop there for the most part...but there are no minorities working there witch is kind of oddβ
βThe store was clean, well stocked and the manager was on point. Only one lane was open but the manager quickly opened up a second one to help. She was personable and really appeared to appreciate her job.β
