“Local certified mechanics are hard to find. The big dealers have only a few (or in some cases just one) certified mechanic and a bunch of helpers who actually do the work while the ASE mechanic just "signs off", causing low quality control.
I prefer the actual mechanic whose name will stand behind the work to be my "go to" guy.”

They suggested putting the old tire in the back of my car so when I got to back to my home town I could see if it was still under warranty.”

“I recently was in town visiting my elderly mother. I noticed the tires on her car were in very bad shape. So, we went to the big box store (WM) to quickly get new tires. We had a very bad experience there. So, I called Role's tire shop. Not only did they have the tires in stock, but they had them installed on her car within 30 minutes of our arrival, and the best part, they were very competively priced. Thank you, Role's tire shop, for the hard, honest work. I highly recommend Role's tire shop !”
“I drive a lot of work and got a flat while working on a holiday of all days. I didn't think any auto shops would be open. Luckily, they were able to squeeze me in. A young man named Moses got me taken care of! He was polite, told me how long it would take, and was able to explain what was wrong.
