“If you have any question if a Black Mountain winch (and bumper!) is up to the task, I can assure you that it is. This is the 2nd time I have used it to help get my Cat D3 out of a pickle. “I am a Fleet Manager for a large excavation company and use these guys almost daily, your not going to find a more knowledgeable staff and what seems to be everything you may need/want in a parts store. If they do not have it they will actually work and find it for you. They are able to make hydraullic hoses for just about anything out there as well as parts for big trucks, miniex and, skidsteer tracks. We have always been able to save quite a bit of time and money utilizing their knowledge and parts availability.”

“Everything went as promised. They have a positive, helpful attitude. I sent both side mirrors from my 2004 Lexus LS430 in for repair. They rebuilt both of them, shipped them back quickly and I have had no problems since. It is now three months since I re-installed them. Total price, including return freight was $365.00. I was nervous shipping both of them at one time, all the way to Texas from Los Angeles, but I took the chance and am happy that I did. John H.”
