Vanessa was professional and courteous in her service during my visit. Was in and out within a few minutes. Wish all banks had this service. Needs a pay raise!

As banks go, chase is a great online bank. The branch in Wylie Texas is a little weak. It was obviously designed when banks offered more services. However, I occasionally need to talk to a person and they are always able to handle what I need.
