“My husband recently passed away. We were married 52 years and he handled everything. I decided to step out on my own and refinance my vehicle. Marco was the loan loan advisor . There are not enough words or room to say all the things about him that he deserves. So I’ll just say the big things. I’m 79 years old ( for those mature) .. I have no skills when it comes to technology. Not even the simple skills. So you can imagine how much trouble I was. So along with not having any business skills, coupled with no technology skills I was a mess to deal with. I had questions after questions. This young man was patient personified! This is, unprecedented in this day and time Things took a lot longer because of me and I know he had a lot more customers. Thank you, Marco !!! Texans Credit Union is fortunate to have you working for their establishment !!”

“Shejil George was absolutely outstanding today. She answered all of my questions, reassured me that I would be taken care of in a timely manner and all of this came to be true. Her professionalism, detail to attention and love for her customers and her job is very obvious. Woodforest is very lucky to have her as part of the team. I can’t wait to see what her future holds . Because of her… I closed my other accounts and came straight to her… even living 3 hours away! She is now my new personal banker!!! Please call me if you have any questions! She really sealed my day. Thank you for hiring amazing people.”

“I just had the write a review about this location tonight. Ms. Evelyn, the branch manager, is absolutely amazing! She’s professional, kind, and goes out of her way to make sure that you are satisfied with the service that Frost provides. She always calls back and updates you about questions that you have with your account. The other employees there are also very professional and courteous. I am so impressed with Ms. Evelyn and always enjoy interacting with her. She gives this location 5 stars!!”

“I had the pleasure of speaking with the fraud department on 01/31/24 around 9:30, unsure of the name of the sweet lady i spoke with but she was so sweet and helpful! There was a temporary hold put on my account, and she quickly released it after verifying my identity and got me all fixed up! I highly recommend this bank to everyone!”

“I see some negative reviews here and I find these to be inaccurate so I thought I'd put in a positive review. I've been using this branchfor over 12 years. I have always received excellent, warm, professional and courteous service from everybody here. I'm often amazed at how efficient the staff is when I watch how they handle the volume at the drive-thru and the counter. I don't know how they do it. They recognized me and they recognize my special needs son when we come in and they always say hi to him and ask how he's doing. That's the kind of service I like. I've never had any problems with my accounts or any issues with any services I've requested.”

“Joshua helped me with a re-activation process that was beyond my job grade. The few other staff that I interacted with were very courteous too. Hope that Agentic AI doesn't get in the way of their career advancement.”
