I have always received excellent, warm, professional and courteous service from everybody here. I'm often amazed at how efficient the staff is when I watch how they handle the volume at the drive-thru and the counter. I don't know how they do it. They recognized me and they recognize my special needs son when we come in and they always say hi to him and ask how he's doing. That's the kind of service I like. I've never had any problems with my accounts or any issues with any services I've requested.”

“My husband recently passed away. We were married 52 years and he handled everything. I decided to step out on my own and refinance my vehicle. Marco was the loan loan advisor .
There are not enough words or room to say all the things about him that he deserves. So I’ll just say the big things. I’m 79 years old ( for those mature) .. I have no skills when it comes to technology. Not even the simple skills. So you can imagine how much trouble I was. So along with not having any business skills, coupled with no technology skills I was a mess to deal with. I had questions after questions. This young man was patient personified! This is, unprecedented in this day and time Things took a lot longer because of me and I know he had a lot more customers.
