Pinnacle Propane provides reliable delivery and excellent customer service, with friendly and informative staff. Customers appreciate the convenient on-line payment for easy and reliable service. Some note a change from charging by the pound to charging by the tank size. A past issue involved an empty tank and delayed response, but it was promptly resolved. Overall, it is a great and reliable service used by customers for many years.
Pinnacle Propane Wylie provided Propane for the pilots at the Plano Balloon Festival. The two gentlemen were so awesome! Both of them were friendly and fun! Thank you both for the smiles and conversations! Hope we have y’all back for next year!
