I took 2 30 gal tanks in half full and wanted to be topped off. They put 9.9 gal of propane in but charged me for 2 X 30 gal tanks.($60). Even at $3.00 a gal that is only $30. I asked the attendant how much is would cost me if I brought in a 30 gal tank and they only put 1 gal in and she said $30 because they charge based on the size of the tank. They are a complete rip off. No way would I recommend this place to anyone.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I came here yesterday and a guy came out and helped me and I asked if he could help me make a propane hose I brought with me. He told me he would have it done before the end of the day. I called and nobody could give me an answer I came up the next morning and he said we don’t make hoses. Left the hose with him and couldn’t even do a courtesy call and let me know.

Excellent delivery with on-line payment at their website. It could not be easier or more reliable. I love it and have been using Pinnacle Propane to heat my home for the past 20 years.

Horrible customer service. They took over service from a different provider, took me off of auto refill ( which I was signed up for). Have run out of gas twice for not keeping me on auto refill and then expected to pay the line check fee each tiime. Will not call to set appointemts but tell you they have called and left messages multiple times. Then tell you they will show up "sometime" in the afternoon and will "try" to call you 30 min before they come. No heat, No hot water, No way to cook AGAIN.Thanks Pinnacle.

Let me start out by saying that I have been a very loyal repeat customer for years. After my experience yesterday I’ll never go back. (And I have several full punchcards)I pulled up at 2:17 and the tech came out we spoke for a minute and he took my tanks to be filled. I went inside to pay and the skinny white lady that runs the desk, sorry I do not know her name, was so incredibly rude to me. She said we’re closed for lunch you have to come back at 3:30. I looked at my watch it said 2:19 and the sign says closed for lunch 2:30-3:30. She then said we don’t have a tech here to fill your tanks he’s at lunch. I said well ma’am he is actually out there filling my tanks right now. She then rolled her eyes at me and tossed what was in her hand on the desk then walked off yelling as she walked away “I’ll be right back” she looked out the window saw him filling my tanks then said to another employee in the back “well I guess she’s getting free propane today, I’m already running my batches.” I look at my watch again 2:21. She yelled from the back again to let me know she was running batches and someone else would have to quit what they were doing to come help me. Which the lady who came up front to help me was nice and helped me fine. I got the n my truck to leave and the time was 2:24. Still not even 2:30.Don’t punish your customers because you decided to go to lunch 15 or more minutes early. It’s not my fault you decided to close out your drawer early. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Now that Collins propane has been bought out by a larger company Pinnacle propane, go elsewhere. Called over a week ago to get an estimate for a propane tank to service a pool heater.... The Wylie office person said they would call back and never heard back. Just called and was forwarded to a Dallas office and the person no we do not sell tanks for pool heaters or generator only. It is a standard policy in the territory. Been doing business with Collis for years but haven't had the need for a tank for about a year. Sure wish this news could have been communicated earlier so I would have had time to look elsewhere. We will communicate back with a good and knowledgeable propane supplier. Stand by.

Unfortunate that Collins sold out to this corporate company. Went by on a Saturday to refill tanks and they were closed. Really? Won't be going there any longer after many years. Sad.

Awful awful awful, please save yourself a headache and use a better rated company. Our builder for a new construction told us to us Collins Propane and the week we got our tank they were bought by Pinnacle. They didn’t set up the gas correctly and had to come out multiple other times and are are now trying to charge us for service calls. Communication is terrible, we have moved to another service and the only saving grace was a lady BriAnn who was a customer care representative emailed with us and finally got our propane working as it delayed our new build for weeks. Beware as you will be in for a lot of issues if you choose to go with this large company who seemly doesn’t care about quality service done right the first time.

Horrible customer service. We came over from Collins and apparently they weren't able to transition over all the accounts what's even more concerning is that if you call the Dallas office I was told they can not access accounts from another location. After 2-3hr wait I finally got a hold of someone who said they would put me on the list which was now almost 2weeks ago. Still no service or phone call. Called again another long wait time and said to expect a response in 24-48hrs.
