“This is our family’s home away from home! We love this place and adore the owners, Chris and Tina. Both are genuine, hard working and care deeply about people and the community. The thrift store is beyond what I’ve ever experienced and they keep improving it all the time. Prices are beyond reasonable and has made shopping for shoes, clothes, toys, gifts, etc. manageable for our family of 10! Tuesdays and mid month are our favorites but they have hosted ladies nights, Christmas decorating parties, and outside toy and bag sales. This store is the epitome of customer service. And I’ve read where folks drive 45+ minutes to come. It’s worth it!”

“Very easy donation process, and the staff are very kind. I don’t mind the prices being a little higher than some resale shops in the area as the proceeds go to helping families pay their rent, or keep their utilities on, or furnish their homes, or provide food for thousands. They certainly aren’t the most pricey in Collin County. Definitely worth a visit when there’s a 20% discount ON EVERYTHING on Mondays. Who else does that?!? I’ll keep donating and making purchases because I understand ACO’s mission.”

“I left my debit card in the machine on a Thursday and didn't realize it until I needed it again on the following Sunday. I called the store on Monday, in a panic, and Joe answered the phone. He was so friendly and helpful. It was Labor Day holiday, and when I got to the store, Joe, and everyone else, was very friendly.”
“I love this place, my favorite spot for thrifting… however, within this past year prices have gotten a little crazy ? Will still shop here as it’s clean & employees are always great. If you really search can find good pieces, but do think it’s a little wild at times. Never thought I’d see an $80 shirt at thrift city lol.”

“Fantastic little shop! Don’t go for the service, the employees clearly don’t enjoy the work but hopefully we added some fun to their day.
Our party of 16 or so people decended upon the store today for a bday party. The theme? Draw a random name and pick out and outfit for them to wear to lunch we had reservations for.
We had a great time picking through the store and there was plenty of items that a lot of us got we plan to keep and use long term. Had a wide variety of clothing and prices.
I highly suggest checking it out sometime. Almost everything in these pictures was purchased in site except for maybe a pair of jeans or two. Enjoy!”

“There is a sweet lady that works there and trust me I go here all the time I believe her name is Layce or Lindsey. She used to work the registers. I think she works in the back now but she is always amazing and so kind and sweet. Just wanna give a shout out. Also to the gentleman that always works the register during the day and I think he works all week and on Saturdays maybe off on Sundays he is also amazing always very kind and patient with everybody. Just believe that people need a shout out when they deserve it. Love this place. Most of the people that work here are kind. There’s a few I wonder about lol but that’s normal. Five stars for sure but these two definitely need to be recognized. I also give kudos to an older gentleman that usually works nights. He is calm and I know they get very busy so it’s gotta be frustrating.”
“This is one of my go-to thrift stores (and I've tried most of them!). They always have a good selection and variety of items. They also have 4 dressing rooms with a limit of 5 items, so trying things on goes fairly quickly, and things are usually pretty clean. Their prices are also one of the best in the area!”

“I sold my clothes here for the first time and had a wonderful experience. I had about 5 bags of clothes and I received the option of cash or store credit. It only took about 20-30 minutes for everything. They also have a great selection of clothes (I bought 2 items) and the store is nice and clean.”
