The pharmacy, which is why I came, was very busy, inside and at the drive-up when I arrived. So there was a several minute wait for me to get to the counter, and then a few more minutes to share my insurance information so the pharmacy assistant would know how much to charge me (that's on the doctor, who declined to take my prescription card information, which was offered, when at his office).
One thing I like about the Walgreens stores I have visited is never knowing when they'll have deep discounts on products they're closing out. So I occasionally find myself doing impulse shopping there, trying new (to me) things.

Walgreens in Wylie will have rx’s for 1 week and still have not filled all medications. Doctor sent via email to Walgreens on Thursday, February 13 @ 2:30. If I had picked up what meds are actually available now I would make 3 trips. Very unacceptable. I had to tell them Friday, February 14 to at least follow the medication for high blood pressure. At that point nothing was ready. If I ever get my meds refilled, I will never use this Walgreens again! Very unprofessional, disappointing and I I intend to let insurance company know about this. Even if it falls on deaf ears they have to be accountable

I spend so much of my time on hold when calling the pharmacy, and they take forever to refill recurring prescriptions! I've had a prescription 'in-progress' for 2 weeks now....what is up with this! Seriously thinking of transferring to a different Walgreens.

I’ve been going to this Walgreens for years and have had enough. They never get my ongoing prescription refilled in a timely manner and still haven’t set my auto refill like I’ve asked. The pharmacists are also incredibly rude. Today I was on hold for a little over an hour to get my prescription filled that was supposed to be done at 3pm.. move my meds somewhere else.

Yesterday I went to have passport pics of my husband printed. I had tried other options that didn't work and I didn't go to Walgreens initially, because I previously tried to reprint the digital print they sent of me to my email and the gentleman wasn't able to do it, so I had to do a retake.
My husband isn't here so getting physical photos wasn't possible, but required for what we need to do. There was a black lady, middle aged, working yesterday at about 3:30 pm on Jan 18th, I believe her name was Velma, but I could be wrong.
I could tell her day was quite busy and possibly hectic as well, but even though we had tons of issues printing and my phone disconnected she still assisted me and got it right.
Ma'am I was having a rough day, to the point of tears and I want to say I appreciate you. It's the little things we do when we don't even know what others are going through that matters. Thank you.

I was having a good day till I stepped into this Walgreens the staff on there phones,I asked one of the workers where something was at they took me to something else when I asked her again she she gave me a bad look and was following me around the store

The best pharmacy I've been to in a long time. They have worked with me on getting my medicine ready before I go home. I truly appreciate their kindness and understanding.

I was calling to refill a prescription, and I was on hold for 20 minutes straight. On top of that, they didn’t even answer my call, as they told me there were technical difficulties and to call later. Terrible service, don’t recommended calling this pharmacy.

Last night as i was checking out (with my baby) the older woman working as a cashier shouted out loud to 2 young ladies who looked like they were from the pharmacy demanding to look in their bags. She didn’t care to finish helping me but left the counter and demanded to look into the young ladies bag as if she was stealing. I felt second hand embarrassment for her as she is employed by the company the cashier yelled to her as if she was a known thief but also didn’t care to finish my transaction. One young lady told her that she’d already checked her bag and that she is ok to leave but the cashier didn’t apologize she just gave her a nasty look and walked away. I’ve read plenty of reviews about this exact cashier. She should be retrained.

The pharmacy here is the absolute worst. There's been multiple issues with this location but today takes the cake. I stand in line and waity turn while a gentleman walks up and claims to be from the drive through and gets his meds while I watch. Once the person in front me gets done a guy walks up to the drop off window and gets his prescription while I wait again. It's 2024 I shouldn't have to to tell you guys to tell customers to get in line and I definitely shouldn't have to tell other customers that the lines behind me... Oh and it doesn't help that I had to sit and wait for my meds to be filled when the app the voicemail and the txt message say it's ready
