The current manager and officers at this bank are wonderful: they have been extremely compassionate and understanding about a difficult situation I've been in. “Showed up at closing time for a notary. Camille apologized that there wasn't one at that branch, but called the Orem branch for me. When no answer she emailed them to set up an appointment, and sent me another email the next day letting me know they'd be ready for me. She never even asked for proof I am a Chase customer! Best customer service I've gotten in ten years as Chase customer! Orem notary was great, too.”
“Let me start by saying that I'm not a huge fan of banks in general so this review will be directed more at the staff at this branch of USBank. I have been going to this bank for several years not and since my first interaction they have been the perfect blend of professional and personable. They have gone the extra mile to help with complicated situations and have made themselves easily available when needed. I never feel rushed or like I'm just another person walking through the door. I'm greeted by name every time and treated warmly. I would rather go through the front door and take the extra time then use the ATM, I've never had that with another bank. Banking is a necessity in this day and age, the folks at the Orem USBank make it something to look forward to.”

“Although I came into Wells Fargo with frustration with the online banking I ended up dealing with Sebastian Riveros and he made my banking experience as positive and well informed as possible. I am still closing my account because Wells Fargo refused to give me my money after dealing with fraud but the customer service experienced in this store was top notch. Thanks alot Sebastian and I hope to see you at the restaurant!”
“doubles as a smoke shop. they got Gambling machines for idiots to waste money on. there's a motel across the street. lots of drugs floating around this area which could be good or bad depending on how you feel. this places even sells oil burners, 3 for 6 bucks. not a bad deal especially since ppl always break them.”

“These guys have been my bankers for 20 years, and they're everything a bank should be. The building is nice, the staff is attentive, the manager knows my name, and they are always quick to help. Yes it sometimes gets busy but that's typical for any bank. They've helped me with personal accounts, accounts for my kids, accounts for a couple of charities I work with, business accounts, equity mortgage credit lines-the whole deal. I like that they're a local bank but with a solid national status.”

“This Wells Fargo location is my favorite to go to. The lines move quickly and the tellers are ridiculously nice! I've gone to a couple other locations when my money was miscounted and I didn't realize until later... that has never happened here! If you want fast and friendly service come to this location!”
