“Showed up at closing time for a notary. Camille apologized that there wasn't one at that branch, but called the Orem branch for me. When no answer she emailed them to set up an appointment, and sent me another email the next day letting me know they'd be ready for me. She never even asked for proof I am a Chase customer! Best customer service I've gotten in ten years as Chase customer! Orem notary was great, too.”

“I get my prescriptions there and the Pharmacy employees will pick up supplements off of the racks close to the pharmacy. When I pick up my prescriptions they have my supplements included to give to me through the Drive up window. Parking is close to door And package pick up is just inside that door 10 steps. Ordering I online is a breeze and picking it up is a pleasure. Absolutely unlike the ordeal you have to go through if you go to the Walmart at Quarry bend.”

“This location is one of the best chase locations I have visited. They were fast, extremely friendly and went above and beyond in making sure my accounts were right for me. This visit I came in to request new checks for a change in address and the teller made sure I got what I needed and printed off extra checks to use. Super helpful since I needed those checks that same day and didn't have to worry about waiting for the order to arrive in the mail.”

“This location, inside Smith's on Redwood Road, is not the closest one to me, but my usual place is temporarily closed and this is where they are redirecting traffic. I stopped by to take care of some business and found that the service was terrific. Even though my transaction was going to take a bit of time (new account set up) I did not feel rushed.They do walk-up teller transactions as well as have an ATM on site. Great staff, friendly and efficient. Thanks for taking care of us!”
