They took great care of me today. I walked in clueless, needing some stuff printed for a conference. The woman behind the counter was awesome. Helpful, polite, and didn’t try to push more expensive card stock on me. SO affordable, as well. I’ll be coming back for sure!

The girls here are always super helpful! This business is an asset to our community. They need more help. I will always go to Printology; however, I know that I need to have a lot of time. I always have to wait. That being said. It's worth the wait.

Special treatments! I got there to pick up something at 945 I know they open at 10, I was fine waiting. Someone else got there at the same time. It was the sister of one of the employee. They help her out no issues when I tried to get some help they told me they are not open yet. When I ask what is the difference between me and the other person the employee simply said she’s my sister . She quoted “SPECIAL TREATMENTS AND LAUGH”

I had a great experience with Printology. The staff was really helpful and friendly. They are very prompt and got our prints back so fast! I had a minor misprint (I’m really picky) on one of our prints and they were so understanding and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend working with them!

I worked at Printology, and my experience was highly disappointing. As a former customer, I noticed that the store was consistently inefficient and always busy. Despite their claims of prioritizing customer satisfaction, it became clear that their focus was more on revenue generation than genuinely addressing customer needs.
Once I joined the team, I saw the potential of the business firsthand, largely thanks to the hard-working employees. They were dedicated, knowledgeable, and truly cared about providing quality service to customers. However, their efforts were constantly undermined by the disorganization and lack of effective leadership.
The processes in the store were chaotic and poorly managed, creating a frustrating work environment. While the employees did their best, the boss’s management style was a significant obstacle to improvement. She rarely took input from others, often dismissing valuable suggestions as unsatisfactory, even though those ideas were desperately needed to address ongoing issues. This refusal to listen to feedback prevented positive change and further contributed to the inefficiency.
Although she frequently made promises to address problems, there was little follow-through. Instead, she focused on irrelevant matters, neglecting the real issues that needed attention. This ineffective leadership stifled the potential of the team, who could have made significant improvements if given the opportunity.
The store could thrive with such a capable staff, but the leadership needs serious improvement for that to happen. As it stands, the ineffective management overshadows the hard work of the employees and any benefit from the low prices.
Overall, based on my experiences as both a customer and an employee, I would not recommend Printology until there are changes in leadership and management. The team has potential, but it is currently held back by poor direction from the top.

Great prices, personalized service; I don’t go anywhere else anymore for personal or business printing needs. I’ve used a lot of print shops over the years and even ran our in-house print production services at my last job, and I can say that for a small print shop, these guys really know their stuff. What makes them stand out is their ability to help you with any project, start to finish, while you wait. It’s a unique business model and can be a little frustrating if you go at a busy time and have to wait in line (because it can get really busy), but for most people, once you kind of figure out the system, it’s worth it. At most print shops, this kind of on-the-spot service for anything but basic copies isn’t even an option.

Great print shop. Prices were very fair, the prints turned out better than expected. The web form to submit the project was smooth.
It was kind of slow service (about 10 minutes) while waiting in line to pick up, but to be fair, it seemed busy...and they were giving kid employees an opportunity to learn to work.

I have used Printology for many years (back when it was Copy That) and am always impressed with the attention to detail and the genuine care each employee has given my print projects. So many fun ideas in the store too!

I just came here for the first time and had an amazing experience! The print quality was excellent, and the pricing was affordable. Most importantly, the service was absolutely superb!
I received one-on-one help with the image I was printing, and I was in and out the door in under 10 minutes. I just found my new favorite print shop!
