“Just updated the review.
The hotel just responded and informed us that we just got scammed by the third party.
It was called "guest reservations". Their website looks so good like you are booking with the hotel. They offered a hotel at $220. After I pushed confirm to pay it came with a confirmation screen of $395. When I looked closer it was $175 in tax and fees. I have booked hundred of hotels, air BNB, and VRBO and I've never seen that much for one night of fees.
And "of course" it was instantly non-refundable. Called customer service and they kept repeating the mantra that they couldn't help it was "non refundable". The third party appears to be a ghost operation and hide behind an operation that outsources the calls to India.”
“Great stay for me and my family. I enjoyed everything during my stay at Hyatt Place. The Oulets are just there. The pool was great. Breakfast was great also. The staff was nice and very welcoming.
Rooms: Nice and clean. Comfortable beds
Nearby activities: Thanksgiving Point is five minutes away. The IMAX theater same
Safety: Very nice area
Walkability: The Traverse Mall Outlet is just ten minutes walk. Hermon’s supermarket is 15 minutes walk or less. Cafe Rio, and many more restaurants is just 10-15 minutes walk
Food & drinks: A great variety of food and drinks in a walking distance. The best location ever”
“Nice hotel, good location.
Breakfast hot items vary each day, always eggs, switches up on meat, some potatoes, and other item like pancakes/waffles/biscuits rotates. Always pastries, bread, cereal, and many options for juice/milk.
Hotel has laundry facilities, base prices are about $2 for wash and $1.50 for dry; can get change from the front desk.
Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner as well, variety of options.
Plenty or cups/plates/basic cooking utensils for the kitchenette.
Fitness center has one Peloton bike to use.”
“This was our first time at a Staybridge. We have been at several Holiday Inn Express and wanted to try the Staybridge. Rooms were clean and a nice size. Breakfast was really good. Love the fresh fruit and my husband likes the gravy biscuits. The hot tub and pool was closed. We choose our hotels based on amenities!This is so common in hotels, I don't understand why. Nice size parking lot and free. Free laundry was also a plus! Fitness center was very good.”

“The staff at this hotel are exceptional. The managers have been beyond helpful in working with me and my husband on his difficult work schedule. They are the ONLY hotel in the area who offered reasonable rates and helped us when we desperately needed it. Thank you SO much for being a wonderful place!”

“The staff here were friendly. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing. The hotel was good overall just a few minor details that were missed. I didn’t get the greatest sleep on the bed, but that’s because I prefer it softer. The chairs in the room really need to be deep scrubbed, and the carpet as well.”

“Stayed here with my family and we had a great experience. The employees are friendly, breakfast was good and occasionally switched up, housekeeping came daily and they were really nice. The pool was a bit on the colder side but the jacuzzi felt great. Food places and store are conveniently close and walking distance. Right next to the freeway but didn’t hear it. Definitely recommend this place”

“Wonderful place and experience. We drove 20 minutes out of our way to stay here based on the great reviews and lack of other highly rated hotels in the Provo area. The pool, hot tub and exercise area were clean and well maintained. There is free breakfast.”
“Great location. A few weird things.. Broken pictures in the room. Heat and cold was off, just not easy to get temp right, possibly weather related. Room smelled weird when we arrived, but got used to it I guess, not bad or gross just weird. Water pressure was not great and it took so long for warm water to finally get warm in the shower. Again maybe weather related, I'm from a warmer climate.
Staff was great, very friendly, room was clean.”

“Extremely easy access off the highway. Breakfast was included and offered typical options. Some highway noise could be heard on the western side of the building, but minimal. If you are traveling and need a quick, clean, affordable place to catch a few hours of sleep, this location is excellent.”
