“What a great Stay! The girl that tricked me in mykyn I believe was her name it was pretty unique. Excuse me if I got it wrong she was friendly and helped us get to our room and talk to through everything that we needed to do for our stay. I went to my room and somehow the air conditioner wasn’t working so she immediately got me moved to a new room so I could be comfortable. I really appreciated it and the extra help to make sure everything was good. I just really loved her energy and how helpful she was. So even though I had a root move rooms, it was a great stay!”

“I frequently stay here when rates aren’t too high. Location is off of a busy street. Close to fast food and restaurants and Target. Staff is always friendly. Has an indoor pool and a decent gym.”
“We had an exceptional stay. The staff were very kind and helpful with a situation that arrose (through no fault of theirs) during our stay. They handled it with the type of customer service that you always hope you will have, but that is rarely found in businesses of lesser quality. The accommodations were exceptional, spacious, clean, and very upscale. Made-to order omelet breakfast bar”

“We have stayed at Hines mansion several times now probably four or five!!! We live in the area, but it is a fun getaway and I love their themed rooms And the tub inside each of them!!! Good value for the money, clean rooms and a good experience overall!!! I have recommended to several friends!! Loved when they had their breakfast, but it’s nice. They still have the continental breakfast and some options to have for food while you’re there…. we will keep coming back. Thank you.!!!”

“Thank you for a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express at Springville. The front desk staff were very helpful at check-in, and they upgraded my room for a short stay.”
“Great location in Provo city center, with free onsite parking garage.
Nice clean rooms with excellent service. Breakfast buffet or restaurant menu for an extra charge. We did not use the restaurant for dinner. Pets are not allowed”

“I had a short single night stay but did not have any lack of exceptional service from Isaac. He checked me in, got me signed up to receive perks from my stay and made a complete difference in my trip. I had dinner plans and during rush hour traffic I did not want to be looking down at my phone for directions to the restaurant, Isaac went to his car and let me borrow his iPhone cable so I could use the Apple CarPlay in my rental car. This is not standard service and I definitely appreciated his generosity. I left earlier this morning and forgot to grab my receipt. I ended up calling back this evening and he made sure I received a receipt via email. Thank you Isaac, you made a big difference in my trip.”

“So i'm reaffirming from another review that coffee and tea is available 24'7. That was the deal breaker that compelled me to choose this location. Their breakfast also includes: yogurt, boiled eggs, oatmeal, cereal, toast/bagels, scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, waffles, juice. (Cranberry, apple, orange) and fresh fruit.
They do make the effort to update the furniture and bedding. The carpet makes the rooms darkened and dated. Everything was clean and organized.
My only complaints are:
1: The room smelled like baby barf
2: You have to swipe the key multiple times, especially on the outside doors.
Besides that, my dogs and I enjoyed our stay. The outside includes a grassy location for dogs with doggy poop bags readily available.
I come to Utah County often enough, so I would likely consider staying here again. P.S. cinnamon is also available if you like that in your coffee and tea.”
“For an individual with a handicap, wheelchair or walker bound, this is by far the best hotel handicapped room access and design I have ever stayed in. We stayed in room 139 which was next to an outside locked access door (room key required to enter), with handicapped parking right next to the door with ample room to load and unload, and gently graded ramp to enter and exit the building. The room was wide and spacious enough to negotiate with a roller walker or wheelchair without bumping into furniture. The bathroom was also spacious enough to access the comode and shower from a wheelchair. The pèz de rèsistance was the bathoom floor was properly graded with a gentle sloop rising about 2 inches up from the entryway that then declined into the shower without any lip allowing smooth rolling off the wheelchair or roller wheels into the shower and the gentle slope into the shower drain combined with the gentle rise leading into the shower kept all the shower water IN THE SHOWER and not running across the floor like every other hotel handicapped room I have stayed in!!! There were appropriate ADA grab bars for the shower and comode to allow easy self transfer. The only criticism I have was the threshold lip into the guest room was square edge and requires a lift of the front wheels of the wheelchair or roller walker to get over. I have mentioned this to the management they plan promptly correct this short coming.
The king size mattress was comfortable, without breakdown areas and allowed my spouse and I to sleep comfortably and peacefully. The was no intervening road noise from nearby I-15 or the surface streets.”

“I love coming here people are nice the rooms are always nice clean place haven't seen any bedbugs or cockaroaches this is the place I come anytime I need a place to stay and the only pace that doesn't charge an arm or leg for deposit love the ramada”
“This hotel is not a Hilton or anything. People need to know that and not have expectations that are outrageous. Having said that, the place is great! They are fixing it up. The rooms are roomy and the staff is very friendly. It is close to everything! Amazing location! One block from the temple and close to everything!”

“Given that my previous edit of this review was rather negative, one would imagine that I'd never come back to this hotel. Funny enough, I found myself in a very similar situation that I was in back in 2019, and did end up staying at this hotel again for 2 weeks. During that time, I was quite impressed with the improvements that were made since my last stay here! The staff was responsive, and had no issues extending my stay on the multiple times that doing so was needed. While there were still some issues with the room I stayed in, it had none of the issues I had reported previously, and they were nearly unnoticeable in my day-to-day.Truth is, this place is perhaps the cheapest hotel you're going to find in Provo, and for the price it honestly isn't bad. Sure, there's no free breakfast or fancy cable to the TV's, but those are things I didn't need. They more than make up for it by offering such a low rate, and they even have the ability to take payments via Venmo (I didn't use that to pay for my stay, but I certainly saw the appeal)! The one and only negative (if you could call it that) was an odd bulge in the floor between the bed and the bathroom. It wasn't bad enough to trip me up, but it easily made its presence known when I forgot about it.Nearby activities: Historic Downtown Provo is just a few blocks up the road. Even if you can't find a rentable scooter nearby, UVX is quite conveniently placed. Last time I toured HDP, I found a rather enjoyable VR Lounge that certainly did not disappoint! There is also The Good Move Cafe a couple blocks North of HDP, which has some amazing food and a large selection of games (I do have a review of that location).Walkability: This hotel is very close to the nearby UVX Route and one of its stops, not to mention an easy walking distance to Historic Downtown Provo. There are plenty of nearby amenities, and I'm told the Hispanic restaurant right across the street has some amazing food (I sadly could not find the time to go myself)!”

“In reading reviews of this place beforehand I thought it would be a disaster.
Then I forgot that people that often review places seem to be trying for clicks rather than being honest about where they are staying.
This is a 2 star place, maybe 2.5 (if that is a thing) at best. Honest reviews should reflect that reality. This isn't the Provo Marriott. This is a room that is super cheap.
My first room the AC didn't work. They were prompt to get me a new room with ice cold AC. The fridge and freezer worked as expected. The bed was stiff. Again, cheap room. Not expecting a beautyrest.
The rooms were quiet. There were occasional stains on the carpet. There weren't any odors due to failure to clean. The water did take a bit to get hot. The TV worked. The power plugs worked.
I give 4 stars instead of 5 because both ice makers were broken and the signs look like they have been there for some time. The signs on the opposite side of the hotel directed me to ice without noting it was broken. Could have made a better effort there.
This place is a former Baymont. Still has logos here and there on floor mats and some signage.
You get what you pay for. Those expecting more are just foolish.
For the price is was perfectly acceptable. $64 plus tax.”
