“Wonderful place and experience. We drove 20 minutes out of our way to stay here based on the great reviews and lack of other highly rated hotels in the Provo area. The pool, hot tub and exercise area were clean and well maintained. There is free breakfast.”

“I frequently stay here when rates aren’t too high. Location is off of a busy street. Close to fast food and restaurants and Target. Staff is always friendly. Has an indoor pool and a decent gym.”

“We had an exceptional stay. The staff were very kind and helpful with a situation that arrose (through no fault of theirs) during our stay. They handled it with the type of customer service that you always hope you will have, but that is rarely found in businesses of lesser quality. The accommodations were exceptional, spacious, clean, and very upscale. Made-to order omelet breakfast bar”

“We have stayed at Hines mansion several times now probably four or five!!! We live in the area, but it is a fun getaway and I love their themed rooms And the tub inside each of them!!! Good value for the money, clean rooms and a good experience overall!!! I have recommended to several friends!! Loved when they had their breakfast, but it’s nice. They still have the continental breakfast and some options to have for food while you’re there…. we will keep coming back. Thank you.!!!”

“Thank you for a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express at Springville. The front desk staff were very helpful at check-in, and they upgraded my room for a short stay.”

“Great location in Provo city center, with free onsite parking garage.
Nice clean rooms with excellent service. Breakfast buffet or restaurant menu for an extra charge. We did not use the restaurant for dinner. Pets are not allowed”

“Stayed here with my family and we had a great experience. The employees are friendly, breakfast was good and occasionally switched up, housekeeping came daily and they were really nice. The pool was a bit on the colder side but the jacuzzi felt great. Food places and store are conveniently close and walking distance. Right next to the freeway but didn’t hear it. Definitely recommend this place”

“Extremely easy access off the highway. Breakfast was included and offered typical options. Some highway noise could be heard on the western side of the building, but minimal. If you are traveling and need a quick, clean, affordable place to catch a few hours of sleep, this location is excellent.”

“So i'm reaffirming from another review that coffee and tea is available 24'7. That was the deal breaker that compelled me to choose this location. Their breakfast also includes: yogurt, boiled eggs, oatmeal, cereal, toast/bagels, scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, waffles, juice. (Cranberry, apple, orange) and fresh fruit.
They do make the effort to update the furniture and bedding. The carpet makes the rooms darkened and dated. Everything was clean and organized.
My only complaints are:
1: The room smelled like baby barf
2: You have to swipe the key multiple times, especially on the outside doors.
Besides that, my dogs and I enjoyed our stay. The outside includes a grassy location for dogs with doggy poop bags readily available.
I come to Utah County often enough, so I would likely consider staying here again. P.S. cinnamon is also available if you like that in your coffee and tea.”

“Like many BW hotels, the only staff member on site in the early evening is a desk manager. Any and all issues are to be dealt with by this one individual. This is just not acceptable. I have complained in the past and will continue to do so in the future. There should always be at least two employees on site to deal with customers' needs.”

“I liked this place. We stayed for 6 nights as we were in town for a job. The service was always prompt. The breakfast was diligently prepared and maintained by a man who seems to take great pride in his work. And the price was very reasonable. Thank you, Ramada. I enjoyed my stay.”

“This hotel is not a Hilton or anything. People need to know that and not have expectations that are outrageous. Having said that, the place is great! They are fixing it up. The rooms are roomy and the staff is very friendly. It is close to everything! Amazing location! One block from the temple and close to everything!”

“Given that my previous edit of this review was rather negative, one would imagine that I'd never come back to this hotel. Funny enough, I found myself in a very similar situation that I was in back in 2019, and did end up staying at this hotel again for 2 weeks. During that time, I was quite impressed with the improvements that were made since my last stay here! The staff was responsive, and had no issues extending my stay on the multiple times that doing so was needed. While there were still some issues with the room I stayed in, it had none of the issues I had reported previously, and they were nearly unnoticeable in my day-to-day.Truth is, this place is perhaps the cheapest hotel you're going to find in Provo, and for the price it honestly isn't bad. Sure, there's no free breakfast or fancy cable to the TV's, but those are things I didn't need. They more than make up for it by offering such a low rate, and they even have the ability to take payments via Venmo (I didn't use that to pay for my stay, but I certainly saw the appeal)! The one and only negative (if you could call it that) was an odd bulge in the floor between the bed and the bathroom. It wasn't bad enough to trip me up, but it easily made its presence known when I forgot about it.Nearby activities: Historic Downtown Provo is just a few blocks up the road. Even if you can't find a rentable scooter nearby, UVX is quite conveniently placed. Last time I toured HDP, I found a rather enjoyable VR Lounge that certainly did not disappoint! There is also The Good Move Cafe a couple blocks North of HDP, which has some amazing food and a large selection of games (I do have a review of that location).Walkability: This hotel is very close to the nearby UVX Route and one of its stops, not to mention an easy walking distance to Historic Downtown Provo. There are plenty of nearby amenities, and I'm told the Hispanic restaurant right across the street has some amazing food (I sadly could not find the time to go myself)!”
