I didn’t realize that UPS doesn’t handle FED EX returns! Sheila for her help spent many minutes in the hot sun (I’m handicapped, sitting in my car) guiding me on what needs to be done from FED EX. She has been remarkable, even extravagant, with her time and patience!! She has gone an extra 3 miles out of her way to help me. So grateful for her expertise and kindness.

“We went in to this UPS store for help with printing in preparation for our child's birthday party. It was busy, but Michaela took the time to carefully walk us through sizing and quality options, answering questions with patience. We also had a bunch of square tokens that needed cutting after being printed. This was a ton of very fiddly work, but Michaela offered to take care of it as well. She did an incredibly neat job and even caught up with us as we went out the door to give us the pieces that had been missed because they got stuck under the machine.
