So many reasons of why it's just better to shop online or just drive to a different store.
1. It's a complete disaster. You can't find clothes or sizes, there's a mess everywhere all of the time, and it's just so chaotic.
2. Customer service is awful.
3. They're SHADY!!! Every time I go in store for a quick purchase, they don't include the discount price! I usually grab things off of the discount rack that have a red ticket saying the marked down price. They scan, see the obvious red tag, and don't do anything to correct it. I usually say, "hey isn't this on sale?" And then they say no, I show them the tag, get annoyed and then they'll change it. Every time. I understand if it's a system delay or something but if it's clearly marked off they shouldn't be dishonest!!!
Literally such a weird enviroment there and I dread going. Just do better!!!

Closed the dressing room an hour early while I was walking up to them to try on 1 pair of pants and when I asked to try the pair on the manager said no because it already takes them an hour and a half to clean the dressing room up every day before closing.

Went in to return some items today and had mice running around my feet the whole time. I told the team member helping me and she couldn’t seem to care at all and said to just kick them if they come near me…. Not apologetic at all and was very sassy to me the rest of the time. A store should never have mice running around and if they do they should be apologetic and be making an extreme effort to fix the problem.

Been coming to this location for the past few years. It has seen better times and some really hard to go into this location times. The store tends to be a bit messy and you really need to look through the clothes to find what you are looking for. Also, several times I have brought items up to the cashier and they are NOT the price they are marked on the displays or racks that are presented. Recently I went in and the line was at least 10 people long. Only ONE cashier was working and helping customers. She was super friendly, talkative with customer, and trying to move the line quickly (awesome job on her part. She was brown hair to her shoulders, glasses and about 10 ish). There were also two employees, one was a manager, who were filling to go orders. When the make manager was asked if he would open another register by someone in line he said no we are busy. The male then went over and made fun of the lady who asked for another cashier to open up, and openly made fun of her. The other lady after 15 mins would only take anyone who was opening an Old Navy credit card in her lane. I mentioned I had one to use and she said then wait in line. Frustrating that enough employees aren’t available to help the amount of customers online.

Giving 2 stars because this store never has enough people to man the register. It’s the holidays and one person is managing the register. It’s a pretty frustrating experience to have to wait in the line for 20+ minutes just to pick up an online order.

I just tried to return a dress that I bought for $50, 42 days ago at the American Fork, Utah store. The tag was still attached and I had my receipt, but the employees would not make the return. I could not believe it! Apparently, there is a rule that purchases cannot be returned after 30 days. I’ve never had that problem anywhere…not even In-store credit given. I will not be shopping at Old Navy because they DO NOT take care of their customers. By the way, I waited 20 minutes in line to get this news. A “0” star is what Old Navy deserves.I write this review to warn others about Old Navy’s poor customer service.
