Went in to return some items today and had mice running around my feet the whole time. I told the team member helping me and she couldn’t seem to care at all and said to just kick them if they come near me…. Not apologetic at all and was very sassy to me the rest of the time. A store should never have mice running around and if they do they should be apologetic and be making an extreme effort to fix the problem.

Been coming to this location for the past few years. It has seen better times and some really hard to go into this location times. The store tends to be a bit messy and you really need to look through the clothes to find what you are looking for. Also, several times I have brought items up to the cashier and they are NOT the price they are marked on the displays or racks that are presented. Recently I went in and the line was at least 10 people long. Only ONE cashier was working and helping customers. She was super friendly, talkative with customer, and trying to move the line quickly (awesome job on her part. She was brown hair to her shoulders, glasses and about 10 ish). There were also two employees, one was a manager, who were filling to go orders. When the make manager was asked if he would open another register by someone in line he said no we are busy. The male then went over and made fun of the lady who asked for another cashier to open up, and openly made fun of her. The other lady after 15 mins would only take anyone who was opening an Old Navy credit card in her lane. I mentioned I had one to use and she said then wait in line. Frustrating that enough employees aren’t available to help the amount of customers online.

Giving 2 stars because this store never has enough people to man the register. It’s the holidays and one person is managing the register. It’s a pretty frustrating experience to have to wait in the line for 20+ minutes just to pick up an online order.

I just tried to return a dress that I bought for $50, 42 days ago at the American Fork, Utah store. The tag was still attached and I had my receipt, but the employees would not make the return. I could not believe it! Apparently, there is a rule that purchases cannot be returned after 30 days. I’ve never had that problem anywhere…not even In-store credit given. I will not be shopping at Old Navy because they DO NOT take care of their customers. By the way, I waited 20 minutes in line to get this news. A “0” star is what Old Navy deserves.I write this review to warn others about Old Navy’s poor customer service.

Huge lines at the check out and one employee running the cash registers. Two other employees were just walking around restocking. Come on guys, think about better customer service!!

Worst store ever. Will never return here. They won’t accept my untouched online order from online a few days past the return date. By the way what mid evil establishment has a 30 day return policy with tags still on and new!!?? old navy has lost a customer.

I'm contacting the director! Pay attention to the cashier, the girl doesn’t know how to fold things at all. There's a mess in the hall. It's not the workers' fault, but the manager needs to be changed!

Great place to find multiple sizes and variety of products. Prices are excellent! I do recommend it.

Their workers aren't aware of store policies and I was misinformed about holding policies and deals on damaged goods which led to me having to spend more money and waste more of my time.

We went in to make a purchase. The employee said we would have a discount for signing up for a credit card and that all we would have to do is cancel the card. Please have your employees be honest about signing up for a credit card. Don’t sign up for a credit card at Old Navy!!!! We were actually charged on the credit card when we signed up. We thought it was fraud and now have had to pay 102.97 for what was originally 17.99.

Walked into the store at 5:04 on Sunday. Hours posted (online and on the door) open until 6:00. Employees turned all the lights off except one row at 5:20. Everyone was standing in the dark either trying to finish grabbing things or trying to make our way to the register and couldn’t see our way around. Definitely a safety hazard, and bad business. I just left my cart of items and walked out because my 2 year old daughter and I kept tripping on and running into clothing racks trying to walk up front. If they wanted everyone out by 6:00 they could just announce 30 and 15 minutes before that they close at 6:00 and to bring your purchases up to the register.
