They had a special where you buy food and you get a dog/cat treat. They usually have everything that we need there. And I just found out that they have an auto delivery function which raised my star rating from normal to high, especially with that promo which made us really happy before we went on vacation.

I go here for crickets but I wouldn’t buy any other living things from them. The workers are nice, but big chain pet shops like these aren’t well known for being good quality. The set ups they have for specific animals too are almost never correct and if you’re looking to get an animal, I’d do your own research and build it yourself. This one specifically is pretty clean and there are rarely any dead fish, so def better than most

We have gone here a couple times trying to give it a chance but we have had nothing but bad experiences. They clearly rush through and don’t even care about your dog. They have nicked both of our dogs and this time they manipulated my husband into completely shaving our dogs so they didn’t have to deal with a couple small Matts on my yorkie and then shaved his ears and left awkward tufts on his head. We will NEVER be coming back to this location again.

We took my dog in today and the lady approached him even though he was scared that’s why he barked and she approached him not the right way and she immediately said no to our dogs service she didn’t even try approaching him right or playing with him to get him to trust her they just approach one second and say no would not recvomend it looks like they don’t know how to take care of dogs they don’t know that dogs also need to trust and build a bond. Just looks like they are there to quickly do a job and call it done which is not right would not recommend at all.

I came to the store hoping to adopt a cat. They had one that had been rescued that I wanted to adopt.
The young staff denied me
because I truthfully told
them a dog lived in my house. I felt very bad because I really wanted a pet cat.
I don't understand why they would deny a rescue cat going to a loving new home. Next time I will lie.
