Purchased a 2021 ram 2500 6.7 L From them on November 26, 2025.
The vehicle is a rebuilt restored title, The cosmetic repairs are acceptable.
I failed to notice a major piece of equipment that was repaired and signed off and certified as safe. The rear hitch receiver is misaligned and not properly attached to the frame of the vehicle, Entering the ability to tow safely per factory spec and rating.
This defect directly violates multiple provisions of the Utah Code that govern rebuilt vehicles and vehicle safety,
Utah Code § 41-1a-205 – Requires every rebuilt/restored vehicle to pass a safety inspection certifying that it is safe to operate on Utah highways in the condition it left the factory. A misaligned and unsafe factory hitch receiver clearly fails this standard.
Utah Code § 41-6a-1601(1) – Prohibits the sale or operation of any vehicle (including one with a rebuilt title) that is in “unsafe condition” or not “equipped as required” under state and federal standards.
Utah Code § 41-6a-1634 – Mandates that towing equipment, including the receiver and its attachment to the frame, be in safe operating condition and capable of performing its intended function.
Because this dealership certified this vehicle as rebuilt and safe, they are legally responsible for delivering a truck that complies with these statutes. The current condition of the hitch constitutes a material defect that existed at the time of sale and prevents the vehicle from being operated for its intended factory purpose.
I have contacted the dealership to see what the next step is In getting this repaired properly.

Logan helped us out. We were buying a car for my daughter and we kind of knew what we wanted, we weren’t exactly sure how we wanted to finance it and Logan was very patient with us. This dealer prices cars very well and Logan was great to work with!
UPDATE: I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We had an unfortunate situation with the car and the management at Sencion took care of everything. We will be return customers!

Bought a 2016 chevrolet 1500. Transmission blew on the way home. Left 3 messages and no call back. We've had the truck for over 3 months and still haven't seen the registration. Called sencion about it and even though we paid them for the registration, they put it back on is to track it down. Horrible company. Dont buy here.

I’ll give them 4 stars because they weren’t pushy at all trying to get us to buy a vehicle like some dealerships are. We came to look at an advertised car and we took it for a test drive and they weren’t pushy at all about purchasing. The car seems to be in good condition. But my complaint is they should check basic safety things like tires and brakes before selling a car. The brakes were fine but we had to spend over $300 on new tires just a week after buying the car because they weren’t in good condition. The least you can do when selling a car is make sure the tires are in a safe condition. That’s my only complaint. But I like that they were easy to work with and not pushy.
