The personal trainers here are the best. Beginner when I started but Kristine and Dallin got me up to speed really fast and without any injuries ?. Former collegiate athletes. You can tell those two know their clientele and methods.

Despite the random influx of negative reviews… The Training Room is a fantastic gym. It’s never busy, the equipment is great and the owners and employees treat the regulars awesome

Great gym with a tight knit community. Much pricier than big box gyms but includes spacious facilities, childcare, and a built in fitness community. Clean and well maintained with respectful and friendly staff.
