“This is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. One of my favorite things is that it’s never overly crowded, so you can actually get your workouts in without waiting around for equipment. The trainers are phenomenal. Mike, Jordan, and Dallin genuinely care about helping you improve and are incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and approachable. Whether you’re just starting out or training for something specific like HYROX, they’re always willing to help. The facility itself has everything you could ask for. It has a huge turf area, all the HYROX equipment you need to train properly, and an excellent selection of free weights and strength equipment. What really sets this place apart is that it’s much more than just a gym. Dr. Brent is an outstanding physical therapist, and his focused shockwave therapy made a huge difference for me. If you’re dealing with nagging pain or an injury, I can’t recommend him enough. The recovery amenities are also top-notch. The cold plunges and red light infrared sauna are perfect for recovering after tough workouts and have become a regular part of my routine. If you’re looking for a clean, well-equipped gym with incredible coaches, outstanding recovery options, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place. I couldn’t recommend it more!”

“The store is so clean, well maintained, the aesthetics were awesome, sweet kind HELPFUL employees, clothing quality amazing, all around 10/10. One thing i did notice is the pants struggled to stay on the hangers. So I thought maybe you can take one pant loop (if they have them ) and hang them on a hanger that way? I can’t wait to come back.”
