“I recently joined Training room. It’s a great place to workout not overly crowded and great workout machines.
The best thing I did was signed up for personal training and Jordan is really great to work with. He is so knowledgeable and knows what’s best for me.
I should have joined sooner. Overall I am very happy with the gym and personal training.”

“This is my local DI and I’ve been visiting it for the past decade. I’ve never had a bad experience, and the building is always reasonably clean and orderly. Today I bought some furniture that turned out to be exceptionally heavy and the two guys that were assigned to help me load it into the truck were just awesome. They were kind and funny and just such hard workers. They somehow made it work and I was able to get my stuff home and return my rental truck on time!”
