“What a great place. Quiet and quaint. Our host, Noel, was very friendly and helpful. Even did a small load of laundry so I didn't have to use the laundromat. 1000% recommended !!!!!”

“Highly recommend. Went a couple of weeks ago. All of the staff was excellent. Rooms were nice. Small hotel feel for a bigger chain. Nice breakfast. Pools was medium sized but good for right size to beat the heat for the kids in the afternoon. Very close to lots of good restaurants and shops and 3 min drive to Park entrance. Also had bonus of mule deer coming onto the property from time to time. Of course with all spots in Springdale, incredible views of Zion.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Cliffrose Hilton in Springdale and would absolutely recommend it. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and what truly set this hotel apart was the complimentary shuttle service. Every morning and evening, the staff happily drove us to restaurants, bike rentals, and other spots around town, which made getting around effortless and stress-free.
The room itself was comfortable. The beds were great and we slept well every night. While the room could have been a bit more spacious, this was more than made up for by the stunning views, which we enjoyed constantly.
One of the highlights was relaxing in the hot tub in February — such a treat after a day of hiking in Zion national park. We also enjoyed a relaxing massage at the Five Petals Spa on the premices. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with excellent service and a beautiful setting. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return.”
“My daughter had her wedding at Under Canvas. She had shipped the guest's gift bags ahead of time. Staff at Under Canvas placed each gift bag in each person's tent. Overall made all of us feel valued and comfortable”

“Great location, clean rooms, and pleasant staff. A wonderful value compared to competitors. Understand you get a full hot breakfast including drink from Porters restaurant next door. Based on menu prices in a tourist meca that's worth $20 a person. It's an old style motel, but rooms have been updated.
N.B...to those that complain about no hot water, there is plenty. Basically operator error to those that complain. The valve may be reversed hot is cold and vice-versa...figure it out people!!”

“We had a wonderful stay at LaFave in the Sundial, and then in The Sentinel, which was available when we requested to extend our stay. Both suites were very clean, comfortable and modern. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, and the kitchen well-equipped. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. The property is contactless, but Jamie was very prompt to respond when we texted with questions, and she even arranged for our things to be transferred to our second suite while we were out exploring. The location is perfect as a base for seeing Zion as well as Bryce Canyon and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. We felt we received very good value for the premium price. We highly recommend LaFave.”

“The room was great! Clean, modern and rustic. Beautiful views. The restaurant on site didn't seem to follow their set hours and it was a crap shoot on if they would be open or not, hotel staff didn't seem to know either. The location is great as it's far enough out of the park that it's not overly congested, but still close to visit.
Overall we loved it.”

“Great lodge in the park, the night is expensive but we are in the middle of the park, large quiet room with a terrace and armchairs with a view of the canyon
The wifi works very well!
Everything is clean. Large TV, fridge, coffee maker
The microwave is in the hallway
Super convenient to have access to the lodge, we were able to park and take advantage of the shuttles to visit the park. Private access for hotel guests.”

“Great location very close to the park entrance and several services in sprondale like Cafés and bike rentals. The breakfast is ok. The freshly renovated rooms are pretty awesome. Plenty of parking and a nice pool. Since there was renovation going on during our stay, gym and guest laundry were both closed - so only four out of five stars.”

“Perfectly located near Zion, the surrounding area is beautiful. Lole, the front reception employee, was amazing. She was incredibly helpful after I messed up my reservation at another hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and comfortable.”
“Absolutely amazing stay at Gooseberry Lodges! We booked super last-minute for Labor Day weekend as a quick Zion getaway with our dogs, and it couldn’t have been better. The cabins were cozy and spotless, and the communal bathrooms/showers blew me away—they were unbelievably clean. (I usually stick with Marriotts, so I was skeptical at first, but honestly, these were just as good if not better.)
Each cabin has its own fire pit, and the front office has everything you could possibly need—s’mores kits, firewood, fire starters, skewers, and tons of snacks. The dogs loved it, we loved it, and the night sky was the cherry on top. The stars were unreal—so clear and bright.
Best part? It’s only about 25–30 minutes outside of Zion, so you get the convenience without the chaos.”
