Nathan helped us checking in and we got Rm. 406. The room was beautiful but the balcony door did not lock; called Front Desk and Johnny arranged us to another room immediately; loved their customer service and hotel location :)

We had such a fun stay at Hotel De Novo! Our room was recently renovated, clean, the deck had a beautiful view of the mountains, which we loved! The bartender in the lounge during our stay was super friendly, and so were all of the staff members. The pool was nice and cold during the hot day.
