Took my car in for mount and balance on two tires and a flat repair. First issue was they tried to charge me for an alignment when I didn’t get one. Then when I walked out after they were finished I noticed one wheel had a gash and scratches all over both. I’m someone who puts a lot of effort into my car and seeing how they didn’t care for my car enough to do things the right way, then not come talk to me about it when they messed is just disrespectful. I did have an employee come out as he saw me looking and all i got was “you have a good boyfriend?” & “the owner isn’t in, we will call you.” Please if you are taking your vehicle here, check your wheels before you leave. And Big O, still expecting a phone call.

I’ve spent a lot of money over the years here and will continue to do so. They’ve always helped me out when needed whether it’s brakes, tires or rotors. I’ve brought in counsel tires for flat repairs and they’ve always fixed them and sent me packing without charging me for it. Great folks.

Do NOT go here! In an emergency due to a flat tire right before my shift (semi truck driver with a water trailer) started I decided to go to Big O tires in Roosevelt for a new tire or repair. A bit over 700 dollars later I had two recapped tires put on. First let me say the bald manager guy has the worst customer service of anyone I've ever seen saying to me "you sure are good at wasting time and money". Only because I didn't want to buy 4 tires instead of 2. At the start of my next shift I noticed how dark my wheel was and looked closer only to find I NEARLY LOST A WHEEL. Someone could have died the truck could have been wrecked and my career could have been over because of an incompent and lazy tire installer. My call to big O tire was ignored as it was close to closing today I will be going back tomorrow to make sure they are aware of the damage and see what they will do to fix it.
