Brandon, Abbi, and the whole Vengeance team always go above and beyond in terms of work quality and customer service. They practice what they preach as relationships are consistently their priority. I asked them to do the impossible and build a show quality machine in a week. They knocked it out of the park. You would be hard pressed to find a better shop ran by better people. I drive a few hours and pass several shops to work with them. They always go above and beyond.

Theyve done their job a couple times for me. I cant say they've done anything i couldnt do on Amazon myself though. They love to exploit being 1 of 3 ohv shops in 100+ miles. Just called with a simple question on what a tech would do in a certain situation but then got hung up on. Witch I would've thought was on my end or something, but when i called back, my number was blocked and call was rejected lol at least that's what it said lol that's trashy service and it takes trashy people to serve it. Receptionist was nice though.

Best shop around 100% You actually know they care about you as a customer. There’s a reason I haul my machines 3 hrs to get them worked on or even serviced. Also stand behind there work 100%. My 4 wheel drive on my Pro Xp4 was confusing everyone. Brandon figured it out!! Now I’m more confident in it than when it was new. I like to call it #hollenbeckproofed ???

These folks know there trade! Quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and had us back on the trails in no time. Brandon and his team are very easy to work with and the ladies up front at the service counter are very knowledgeable and have great attitudes.I would definitely recommend vengeance to my friends and I know they will be in good hands!

This place has came a long ways since they first opened. The location has recently moved and now located a few miles East of Roosevelt. The staff is great and very helpful in assisting you with any type of accessory you need for your ATV/Snow Mobile. I highly recommend this place if you need repair or parts. Keep up the great work!
