My family and I can down to visit Bluff and see the different rock formations. The room we had was in the courtyard building, and was super nice. It was clean and new looking, for a second I thought I walked into an RC Willey showroom. Our room even had a private patio where we could look out and see the mountains. This is also a dark sky area so we were able to also see the stars. There was a pool and a gym that was available for use. A lot of the motels/hotels we saw looked a lot older. Definitely stay at this play if you can!Rooms: The room we had was nice, it looked like an RC Willey showroom. It also had a private patio.Food & drinks: There is a restaurant on site, and there is an ice machine available for guests.

The Desert Rose was perfect. After a long day at Arches and driving to southern UT to get closer to AZ, this was the perfect place to stop. Comfy, quiet (in November), clean and beautiful!

All the ingredients combined to have a good time, luxury, cleanliness, spacious rooms, not very far from Monument Valley, just one small downside, swimming pool a little too cold for my taste, otherwise I'm ready to go back <3

The Desert Rose Resort & Cabins is an oasis in Bluff, Utah. My cabin was perfect! Clean, comfortable, well appointed with everything I needed to clean up and rest after a week of camping. The bed was comfortable and the bedding soft and warm. I loved the view of the mountains out my window. The lobby was beautifully decorated in dark wood, and the personnel at the front desk courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good, especially enjoyed the chia pudding and coffee. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm traveling in beautiful southeast Utah.

We visited at the beginning of December to find that it was one of the only places in Bluff still open. Most are closed for the season. Our cabin was cosy with a comfortable bed, enormous television and shower room.Sadly we could not try Dukes restaurant because it was closed for the season, but we enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi and gym.The staff were friendly and helpful and it is useful to have an on-site laundry.Absolutely worth considering!

Missed out on breakfast due to daylight savings time. Be careful that there are restaurants open if you stay there in the winter.

Nicest staff and owner! We broke down about two miles east of Bluff. We pulled into the closest stop which was the Desert Rose Resort. The owner was outside and came over to help inspect our car. Luckily we had a minor repair. Even though we were not staying at the resort, he gave us a recommendation for an auto repair shop in the town we were headed too. Then he invited us inside to use their bathroom and for some coffee and tea. While we were inside we saw a beautiful view out back, a nice pool, and washer and dryers. We are excited to come back to the Resort in the future and actually stay! Thank you Amer, and your staff, for being so generous!

I highly recommend this hotel. I made an unplanned, last-minute stop here and was pleasantly surprised. Very cozy, clean, fresh, and comfortable rooms. Great bed, lots of amenities. The breakfast in the morning was well run and tasty. Kudos to the team running this place.

Very nice hotel with very nice rooms. I was very disappointed in the buffet breakfast as a diabetic. I saw their picture of what should be on the breakfast, bacon as the protein, so I was happy. Not there as shown in the promo. No meat of any kind soI went with the eggs and my best substitute, peanut butter. Sugar listed as the second ingredient in the peanut butter. Gave up and left and looked for a restaurant in town. I don't want to be picky but please don't advertise what you don't have.

Beautiful location. Elegantly rustic rooms. Food was very good but a very limited menu. Seemed understaffed.

Liked this place a lot, but be warned, Duke's restaurant does not serve booze! After a long day driving and staying at Desert Rose, Went to Dukes restaurant and I was informed that they did not have enough servers to let the two of us have a seat. After 20 minutes, we were able to get to a table. Be warned there is no bar here! Very lovely place, but will not be back.
