Our float trip down the San Juan with Marley (our guide) was utterly amazing. We were intent on seeing the unforgettable pictograph panel in Lower Butler Wash but did not have a vehicle that could handle the road and were not up for the long hike over sand with numerous water crossings. Wild Expeditions had been highly recommended by hikers I met in the Grand Canyon. We planned a guided kayak trip but with Wild Expedition's (Brock's) advice, changed to a float trip in a 12 foot raft as the San Juan was at nearly ten times its usual flow because of a recent storm. Marley expertly guided the raft down river and shared his abundant knowledge of the area's geology and archaeology. We met Brock for lunch at the pull out and he showed us River House and other sites. Marley, who lives in the area, also recommended great places to visit, such as Goosenecks State Park, Valley of the Gods and the Edge of the Cedars State Park Museum in Blanding, which we would have missed. The trip was entertaining and enlightening. We’re forever grateful to Marley and Brock for this memorable experience.

We took a day kayak trip with Wild Expeditions. Great time, and Allie and Levi were great guides! The river is beautiful and easy to navigate. The kachina panel and River House are awesome. Definitely would do this trip again.

Our 3-day, 2-night trip on the San Juan River (Sept 2024, Sand Island to Mexican Hat) was amazing in so many ways. Besides getting to experience the landscape, the dark sky, and the solitude, we learned so much about the geology, history, and culture of the area from our guides — Marley and Allie. They expertly handled the rafts, kept us well-fed, and very well cared for!! Cannot recommend it highly enough—- don’t delay!!!

We did the San Juan river and 4wd hummer day trip. We were impressed with our guides, Alli and Ashlyn, both for their deep knowledge of the area and extreme competence and organization. It was a super fun and interesting trip.

I had Wild Expeditions shuttle my car from Mexican Hat, Utah to Clay Hills so we had it waiting for us after our San Juan River rafting trip. They had it ready and waiting for us. The price was fair, especially given the long bumpy road.

We took the sunset tour of valley of the gods which was not as scenic as monument valley. Safe drive on the Moki to an excellent Vista. Excellent tour guide who facilitated photography

We had a great time on our kayak tour. Allie was our guide and she was great, very knowledgeable but fun! Brock did a great job during the Hummer to see the cliff dwelling. And lunch was very nice too. I highly recommend it.

I echo the glowing reviews of this company. The guides are top notch - Wes, Ean, and Raquel - simply fabulous. They worked super hard on our 4 day, 3 night trip and took amazing care of our group. They are all very knowledgeable and skilled (and deserve a pay raise!). The only downside of our experience was misinformation about the availability of kayaks - the website said they would be available but then we were told they had to be requested in advance. It would be good to clarify that in the messaging on the website. Other than that, I highly recommend this company!

I accidentally booked Kayaks when I wanted to book a rafting trip. The staff seamlessly accommodated us and it wasn't until I got back to my hotel room I realized my error! Eli our guide was so knowledgeable about his culture and the area, what a true treasure of an employee you have in him! He sent us local hikes to do after our rafting trip! It truly was magical to spend the day on the river and stopping to view the petroglyphs and clay shards during our float was incredible! Loved that we saw fresh bear tracks on the beach! (Didn't get to see the bear 1 star....my friend Susan disagrees and thinks that makes it 5 stars LOL) Thank you Eli and to the lovely front desk girl that picked us up at the take out point! When you are in Bluff DO THIS! Tip your guides! 5 STARS #iykyk

Our shuttle mostly went smoothly. When I booked it, they said they'd send me email confirmation and a form to sign, but I didn't receive it. I called back and gave them an alternate email as well, but neither one of us received anything. I called a second time and DID get a confirmation by email, but it didn't have the electronic signature waiver they said it would have. I also am not sure why we have to drop off the key to their office (in Bluff--20 minutes from Mexican Hat) instead of storing the key with the vehicle (as is done at the take-out). Other than those things, they were fine to work with, and the main thing--the truck was at the take-out when it needed to be!
