“This is a wonderful place to take your fur babies for a bath. Tubs are nice and big, water is warm, verity of shampoo and conditioner options. They provide nice clean towels and the blow dryer work great. Only thing they can add to improve is having some deshedding tools and brushes. Other than that, you will be happy at this place. (Besides you will have dog hair all over you from your dog lol)”

“The crew here is always so friendly, and I do enjoy shopping here. I mostly come here for dog food even though I'm not a farmer their dog food has helped my dogs maintain a healthy lifestyle. Parking is always awesome and like I said the employees are super nice. The only reason why I'm not giving it five stars is because the pricing for almost everything else is a little expensive, but I get it why it is. It's a tough market out there and it's good quality stuff!”

“Best self-wash pet spa I've ever used!Shout out to Tucker and Sophie for being so helpful and accommodating!The tubs are very spacious, everything impeccably clean and open, and the soap/water system is amazing with the hoses. Never seen that anywhere else and is much less messy and more efficient.My date and I showed up a little past final bath time before closing with two muddy dogs from a soggy day at the park. They very kindly let us do a speed bath and it was so appreciated as we were new. Will be back many times for sure. 10/10.”

“Thank you so much to Aspen this morning! My mom and I drove an hour because they were the only ones online that said they had the tank we needed for a temporary enclosure for my injured hamster. When we got there unfortunately we didn't see any and she went to look in the back and at first didn't see anything. “Pet store # 5 for the weekend. My daughter's beta didn't make it through the weekend and she wanted a new friend. Here is where she found her new friend. They had one of the largest selections of beta fish. And the selection of "other" fish was pretty impressive. The young man working in the fish section was very knowledgeable and very patient with my daughter and her line up of potential new fish. When my daughter final found "the one" he also helped select tears and food for her buddy. The other employees we encountered we very helpful and friendly. Over all a pleasant experience.”

“I love the Petco Pals program that gives me cash back based on cash spent at Petco. I also love that they can look up my order even when I didn't keep the receipt. I recently bought some expensive dog food that came highly recommended. Our two Labradoodles pick through their food and spit the new expensive food out onto my floor. Super messy and super frustrating! Anyway, the rep I talked to said they will take the food back within 30 days with the receipt or Pals number. Whew! Spoiled puppies - and thanks, Petco, for the return policy!”

“I prefer petsmart for their prices and their options as well. They have more options in store and online than petco could ever. The animals cages are clean, and they always have food in their cages for the right animals as well. Saff is friendly and always love seeing my dog. I've gotten dog beds to treats, and clothes. The clothes fit a bit too snug for him, (size M) but that always depends on who has made the clothes. The toys are amazing, it takes him a bit to destroy them. And the treats are healthy for the most part.”

“Im not sure why every other review is complaining about price. My cats neuter surgery ended up costing 1/2 as much as our local animal hospital (Copper View) was wanting to charge. All the staff was great! Laura greeted us when we came in, and also help answer any concerns we had that the doctor didn’t go over. She even called the day after to check on how he was recovering. Will definitely come again. They cared for my baby as much as I do.”
“Bought 10 African cichlids sizes 3-4.5in young adult males. This was my first time ever ordering fish online and having them delivered I was very skeptical. Had a minor hiccup with my order due to fish size and stocking, nothing they couldn’t help resolve. I am so impressed with their customer service and support that alone made me a lifetime customer. When the fish arrived they were all healthy and just as they described colors were beautiful can’t wait till they are full grown! I waited a few weeks to write a review and my fish are thriving and love their new home. Highly recommend. ?”
