“Every time we've done anything with Sunset storage, their customer service has been top-notch! When we rented a unit from them, they were prompt with responses to any questions and resolved a billing issue when we were done quickly and without any issues.
We've rented uhauls from them a few times, and it's always been a great experience. This last time I locked my phone in the uhaul after I dropped off the key, they answered their phone quickly and grabbed my phone first thing in the morning, when I went in, they even had it on a charger ? I will always go back to them as long as I live in the area!!”

“Fantastic experience. There is signs for where to park for emissions, they got me in so quick and everybody there was really kind and helpful. Glad I came here and will be back again! I know the other reviews are a little misleading. I’m just glad I trusted my gut and tried them out! Also got the free car wash which is a plus.”
