Steve is the manager of this location, he’s unprofessional and extremely rude. He rented a truck that I had reserved to another customer who showed up 10 mins before me. He was smug extremely rude and unapologetic. Avoid this location if you care about customer service and want to be treated with respect.

Steve at Towne is the best. He went out of his way to be helpful, available and make sure all details were taken care of (and I was complicated.) Storage facility is super secure, great location, super clean, and they always answer the phone.
