“I had a lot of miscommunications on this rental, I was very frustrated and not heard or listened too. I gave a 1 star rental to start because I was treated like a number, and the U-haul rental from online to in person was different. After the review was posted Austin (the regional manager) called me and he was able to correct all the issues I had go wrong on this rental for 24 hrs. He made me feel like I was heard and respected, plus appreciated as a customer. That was all I wanted was to be heard and understood. Thank you so much Austin for calling and talking with me.
