“I had an excellent experience with New Image after my daughter’s car was in an accident. They were very thorough and worked directly with my insurance company. They were honest and clear with me the whole time. The car was still making a slight noise a couple months later and they were very helpful. They identified the part that was causing the problem and replaced it for no cost since it was still under warranty. Then they took the time to drive it again to be sure the noise was gone and when they still heard the noise they replaced the same part on the back wheel and contacted my insurance company to be sure I got coverage for it. New Image is a family business, so it’s much better service than the average car place. I highly recommend them.”

“I needed a rock chip repair. They got me in same day. My tech was so kind. He was so quick. My rock chip was pretty significant and I had not washed my car through the car wash because of it because I didn't want it to crack. He validated my concerns and told me it was good I didn't go through the car wash first. I had so many bugs on my windshield. He even got all the bugs off my windshield! Would definitely recommend!”
