“Had a pleasant experience here buying a used CX-5. We first stopped by to look at it and found that it was having trouble starting and the rear, automatic hatch was not working. The salesman, Tim, and I concluded it probably needed a new battery. We called back to test drive and "talk numbers" and Tim said he had already had the shop put a new battery in it and it would be ready for us. I like that he was proactive. Both times we looked at it, it was detailed well and not dirty. I feel like some dealerships half-detail it and cars aren't as clean as they could be. Price was good and they were willing to work with us a little to get where we needed to be. Tim was relaxed and didn't apply any pressure for us to buy. He felt like more like our advocate during the buying process trying to get finance to agree to the price we felt was appropriate and worked for us. The first pass on the numbers included a "reconditioning fee" of almost $700, which should absolutely be included in the price and not a fee that shows up during the negotiation process, but they were willing to wave that once we told them the price we needed out the door to make a deal.We were in and out in about an hour and a half, which is not that bad. I have been at dealerships much longer and it's not fun. We had our 3 kids with us, so we just wanted to sign what we needed to and get out. Overall, pretty happy and would buy a car from them again.”

When my car windshield wiper fluid leaked all over my garage floor I didn't know where to go. Fortunately, my husband found out about Our Guys Auto. When I called, Nick set up an appointment quickly that fit with my schedule. My car was taken at arrival (the time arranged), and was worked on in the time frame discussed. When finished, Nick provided an easy to understand analysis of what was happening, what he did, and what to do for a future plan. Throughout the process he did his best to give the most economical solution and only charged for his time. He reminded me of a mechanic my dad used when I was growing up. You knew you could trust him to keep your car going. “When you meet William you will know he's been doing this for a long time. Such an awesome and humble dude that does amazing work. He came to replace the glass on my 2013 Tacoma and did an amazing job. He also let me sit and watch and ask questions since I've never seen auto glass replaced before. The new glass is much nicer than the old windshield that a chain company installed. It's not wavy and is OEM quality. Id reccomend Nobody Auto Glass to anyone. Go here first before going to any chain company and you will end up much happier with a much better result. You'll see why most of Utahs car and truck communities reccomend him before anyone else.”
