We live in the older apartments that are cheaper so they are a bit out of date with the floors and appliances, but they have good prices, and we love the new management Ike! Overall we've had a good experience here, and have good neighbors

Been living here for over one year, both in the old and new units. The place is what you make of it. Be nice and considerate to your neighbors and management and they will be nice to you. Open communication and transparency go both ways.

Great while we lived there, then were suddenly given 30 days to leave, asked them why and all they said "we want to renovate". 30 days to find a place was almost impossible. I asked for just 1 more month and was told no. No prior problems
