“I love it here. I have lived in quite a few Apts before and this has been the best experience by far! Maintenance is quick to repair anything, management especially Sam is the best to work with and answer questions to resolve anything that is needed. She is truly the best manager ever! They have been so helpful in my own personal situations to make living here so much easier than any other places. I gave a 4 out of 5 only because I wish there were more activities such as Bingo to get to know others better. But the ones I have known are the kindest, sweetest residents!”

I see that they are working better with more responsibility and committing to the residents of the apartments. “We live in the older apartments that are cheaper so they are a bit out of date with the floors and appliances, but they have good prices, and we love the new management Ike! Overall we've had a good experience here, and have good neighbors”

“We moved out here about 6 months ago and have had no issues! Management made it super easy and enjoyable on finding our new home. Now that we have been here. I can honestly say the management shows that they care about their residents. Tori had been a true gem to us and has always made us feel welcomed. Maintenance issues get handled pretty quickly and efficiently.”

“Good place to live. Reasonably priced, decent apt amenities, safe community, and not a lot of noise at all. But the water heaters always popped and made noise, so it takes some adjustment when trying to sleep.The fixtures inside are kind of old, but they get the job done and make the apartment a place to sleep and eat. Never had a problem with the internet, think my Xbox read like 175mb down. Lots of parking, dumpsters conveniently placed. Fitness center isn't a fitness center at all, but most people have a gym membership so no harm no foul.Would live here again for sure, only leaving because there wasn't a larger floor plan available at the time.”

She is a person who gives attention to detail. She is very thorough in her approach to everything. I've seen the attention she gives to the apartments. She is an excellent apartment manager. I have never seen her be unreasonable with anyone.”
