We live in the older apartments that are cheaper so they are a bit out of date with the floors and appliances, but they have good prices, and we love the new management Ike! Overall we've had a good experience here, and have good neighbors

Been living here for over one year, both in the old and new units. The place is what you make of it. Be nice and considerate to your neighbors and management and they will be nice to you. Open communication and transparency go both ways.

My wife and I have lived here for a year. Love how well kept it is. Friendly neighbors and quiet little area. We've had no issues. The rules are clearly laid out for you and if you just follow them and be a good tenant, you won't have issues.Ike was great to work with and will take care of your needs.
