“During a snowstorm today, an hour from my house, I realized I was out of wiper fluid. Super scary because that salt on the window can blind you. I drove to jiffy lube hoping to get an oil change because I know wiper fluid is included and I needed one anyway. Dude came out and said they were short staffed (this is happening everywhere lately because of all the viruses going around) and it would be a 1 hour 20 minute wait. I told him that was too long but that I was scared to drive home without wiper fluid. He filled it FOR FREE. Didn't check to see if I was a previous customer. Just did it because he said it's important to have in this weather. So nice!!!”
