“They are so nice here. My dog, rockstar, is a rescue dog and VERY anxious. The girls here tried their best to trim and buff his nails. He was unfortunately too stressed out to hold still. They gave me a refund and I didn’t even ask. Super great customer service and caring. I highly recommend this place!”

“I needed a dog tag that could be engraved with name and phone in the store. These were both available, and a nice young man actually worked hard to attach the tag to the new collar.”
“I had been with them for about a year and that's only because I had moved. They have a really great rewards program and customer support line for any issues that may pop up. I had been taking my dog to the groomers regularly and they always do a great job. I highly recommend joining especially when your pup is young and needing all those appointments and vaccinations. Pro tip: they have a cancellation fee for no shows on grooming and vaccination appointments.”

“Very poor service. They left us outside in 103
Temp for 30 minutes just for a price check on fence gates after they sent us to the wrong side of the store. This was about West Jordan store not Bountiful. Bountiful store was GREAT very good service helping me find everything I was looking for. I will drive the extra miles to gobto Bountiful instead of West Valley.”
