“Justin and Clayton from Advanced Window Products (AWP) did an excellent job replacing my front window which came in at a whopping 245lbs! No small task. I gladly stayed with them in their new location for the same reasons. There is always a clean tub, they constantly vacuum the blow drying areas, and everyone is so friendly. “This Petsmart went above my expectations before the winter holidays. I made an appointment for one of my dogs to have a bath, as I was unable to bathe them as I normally do. They called to cancel the appointment because the groomer had an accident and had to leave work. However, my father was already on the way there with my dog, as I had just broken my leg the week before. Luckily, they managed to fit my dog in for a bath while they were missing one groomer. It was so helpful to have them bathe my dog before Christmas! We have visited this same Petsmart at other times and have had some great service from some of the workers here while wandering around the aisles looking for new toys, treats, or beds. Great location right off of 215.”
“Having a groomer who knows how to cut a doodle is an absolute must! Faith has been so amazing with my 120+ lb Bernedoodle! We always discuss his cut at drop off and she calls before making any changes before proceeding. I love that she keeps us updated with tips and tricks on managing his matting too! I love that she keeps him looking more true to a Bernese vs. a poodle type cut. I can say enough positive things about her technique and skill set in her area of expertise.”

“We LOVE Old Farm and their staff! Staff is filled with amazing, caring, and personable people who absolutely love your dog like it's their own. I've been taking my boy Bubba here since he was a puppy and he has grown up coming here for the last 2 years. He absolutely loves the staff members (almost more than me), gets so excited when he hears "daycare", and always comes home sleepy from playing all day. He is a tank around 170 pounds or so now, and has so many friends his size to play with. It makes me so incredibly happy to know that the staff loves him as much as I do We will always be with Old Farm!”
“We've been taking our dog here for quite a while now after having a bad experience at another kennel. Everyone here is so friendly and just seems like they truly love animals, obviously a big plus. Yes, there's a little bit of a smell but I think that's honestly to be expected. I like the little gift shop in front that has a great assortment of treat and things that are hard to find elsewhere like cow ears, and that are actually safe for your dog (unlike rawhide-Google it!!) Their prices are very reasonable and they love our dog and treat him so good and he's always happy and worn out from lots of playtime. I don't like to board him very often, but we have to if we go on vacation and we don't have any family or friends that can watch him but at least he seems to love it here and that's all I care about. They always give him a bath right before we get him so he's nice and fresh after getting dirty with all the other pups. I would highly recommend Dogs all Day, ALL DAY!!”
“We just finished the Puppy Training Class with Angelisa at the West Valley PetSmart and we loved the experience! Our puppy Pluto was engaged and learned so well. The lessons were easy for my Hubby and I to learn as well. She gave us great advice on what products to use, what types of treats and was able to fit in a make up class for us! Angelisa was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, we loved class with her! The entire WV PetSmart team was terrific and helped support Pluto in his training!”
“I bought a trout printed bandana for my golden retriever very cute on him. They have leashes and collars that also match the same print which is exciting to know. I loved the style and prints they had made for each item. What I found interesting is they have doggy beds that unzip and zip back up kind of like a sleeping bag. The employees that helped us very super friendly and invited our dog into the store so we could try on is the accessories on. The employee said both the colors and the leashes were made in the US so that's a bonus and all products in the store are high quality. The bandana was $14 and collars were about $21. Would definitely recommend going here especially if you like hiking or outdoorsy things cuz they have prints that will match your vibe. There's not much to the eye when you walk in but if you look deeper you'll find what you're looking for. Definitely would recommend this to friends.”

“The grooming department gets five stars - we love Jayce! She is so sweet, and our pup always gets returned to us looking adorable. He is nervous and ornery so she must really have a way with him. I love how the grooming area is right up front and easy to access in these times of social distancing. They also have their own register for checkout which I appreciate. The store itself isn't my favorite. The layout is confusing, I swear every time I go to look for our staple wet and dry foods they have moved. It's definitely a little dingy. However, the employees are all efficient and helpful!”
