But you need to listen to your Pharmacy employees when they tell you there's problems with texting customers. As of now it's been a month and I have never received any texts. I know they've done everything they can to make it right. So please help your employees at the pharmacy make things right listen to all of your employees. They're all very important people and you should treat them that way. They're kind respectful and they're always ready to help. And maybe you should think about bonuses too. Or at least just let them know how good of a job they're doing. Thank you”

“I've been coming to this pharmacy for years, and, as far as I can tell, it's a good place with decent folk, who do their best to help you. The main problem is that there are plenty of entitled jerks who wait for their prescription to be filled, which clogs the the drive through. Walgreens as a corporation has never addressed this.”
