“We forgot our son's personal skis at Navajo on the last day of the trip and went home. We live too far away to just drive back and get them and Navajo wasn't able to ship them back to us. I tried my luck with Brian Head Sports and without much of a request, Heather jumped in to help. Her team went to Navajo, retrieved the skis and mailed them to us. They didn't have to do any of this, we didn't rent our other gear from them. It was our first time in Brian Head so easiest was to rent from Navajo however we will definitely make it a point to get whatever gear we need from Brain Head Sports next time we are there.
