In all the years I've used safelite for multiple vehicles and chip repairs, I can't say I've ever had problem with them. The communication has been good as well as the service.
Don't buy a set of windshield wiper blades from them though as they'll charge you a ton of money. Go to one of the auto parts stores such as O'Reilly, Advance or Auto Zone where you can buy them for less and they'll install them for free.”
“Burt’s Autobody went above and beyond in their service of our 2009 van to get it road worthy again!! We were on a time crunch and needed the right side rear view mirror replaced and the bumpers attached securely enough for a trip. They found a reasonably priced rear-view mirror and fixed it. They made sure the bumpers would hold for the trip and sent us on our way. They suggested that we bring the vehicle back in to have the bumper work finished completely. We did that. They worked quickly on our van and did excellent work. Their prices are great!! They even gave my Autistic son rides to and from Burt’s as we had no one to drive him in. A wonderful place with WONDERFUL people!!”
