“We neglected our battery until it was dead. Corrosion was so bad I couldn't get the thing out. Pretty unwise on our part. Ted with JC came to our rescue! He was super nice, quick, and professional. Managed to get the old battery out, made sure the battery was the actual issue, lingered while we installed a new one, and saw us on our way. It was a great experience!”

I will be contacting them to see if they will take responsibility and replace or repair it. I am disappointed with service based on this point alone. The windshield replacement looks great otherwise.”
