I had forgotten my PIN but luck I had enough gas get to this America First Location. They got me in and help me reset it quickly. They have amazing customer service and they saved me in a pinch. “I had an issue with a charge fee on my account when I first called into the credit union. The lady was not very helpful and told me I would have to pay the fees. If I didn’t wanna pay the fees, I could close my account with the credit union and use that money to pay for the fees. I called back the next day and spoke to a really great gentleman. He reassured me that I wouldn’t possibly have to pay these fees and that they would be in contact tomorrow today. I got a phone call from the COO of elevate credit union He was very helpful, understanding and empathetic He removed the fees off my account and saved me from leaving the credit union.”
