The hotel benefits from an excellent location and ample parking, making it convenient for travelers. The property includes amenities like a well-equipped gym, coin laundry with functional washing machines, and a clean, functional room that includes a microwave. However, some issues are noted, such as small room sizes, stains on hall carpets, and noise from nearby freeway traffic disrupting sleep. Some rooms have problems with loud air conditioning units, dirty shower curtains, stained bedspreads, and cleanliness concerns in rooms and bathrooms. The pool area was underwhelming, with a cool pool, out-of-order hot tub, and uncomfortable room conditions. Internet connectivity issues, especially affecting smart TV use, also detracted from the experience. While the overall stay is functional, cleanliness and maintenance improvements are advised. Guests have experienced billing errors, which were promptly corrected by management. The Wi-Fi didn't work which was a major downside for me. Otherwise it was a clean hotel room.

The showers are made for 8 ft tall people. I couldn't reach the shower head to adjust it. Very difficult to adjust the water temp also. In our room, the ottoman was missing a leg!
