“I want to express my deep gratitude to the team at Verizon, especially Taz, Percy, Emi, and Noah, for the compassion and care they showed in helping my older friend during an incredibly stressful situation. Her phone had been hacked as part of a scam, and both she and her husband were completely emotionally drained trying to deal with it. Her husband is quite ill and wasn’t even able to go into the store himself, which made everything even harder.
Taz, Percy, Emi and Noah went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. They took the time to patiently walk us through the process, helped clean up the situation, and made sure everything was secure again. Their kindness, generosity, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference during a moment that felt overwhelming and frightening.
In a time when it’s easy to feel discouraged, their actions were a powerful reminder that there are still genuinely good people out there who truly care. I can’t thank them enough for what they did.”

After talking to a newer employee initially, we talked to Angel who was able to fairly quickly help us figure out the problem.
