The Verizon employee Julia (@ the Cedar City Ut branch)was extremely helpful and courteous. I never felt confused, when she was explaining the plans and my options. She was a tremendous help.

Wasn't sure out of the three Verizon stores in Cedar City which one to go to. This one had the best reviews and I can see why. The store manager, Perry, was very knowledgeable and helpful, very nice. All and all was a great experience!
