The gals at the front desk are so nice and helpful every time! Tom came out to help us figure if we could get away with 12' sheets and was so helpful. Quick & easy delivery. I wouldn't go anywhere else, especially not home depot! Thanks guys!

I only leave a rating if whoever I'm rating is unbelievably terrible or really awesome. Pacific is awesome. Very nice and helpful. The job I was bidding wasn't something I typically do so they were very chill and helpful with answers the questions I had.

My wife and I drove 90 miles to buy some fire place stone, the weather was horrible, but the only day we could go!!! We purchased a1000$ dollars worth of decorative stone and mortar, the lady that helped us was very friendly and helpful, but when it came time to load on my truck , the forklift operator ,was very ignorant, we sat there for at least 45 minutes, waiting for him to load us, when I could see him coming towards us ,he was going so fast, the load of stone came off the forks and lit behind my truck, he said foul language, and didn't even say anything to us ,We let him cool off while we went to lunch, came back once again , this time was better, and he did say sorry, this could have been alot worse, had me or my wife been injured or killed, luckily we seen what was going to happen,!!! Hope this chap learned something from this, I know not to return to purchase anything here again!!! I give it one star, for the lady that helped us!!!
