“The process this time was better than the last loan I got with you. So it’s improving. But man! It still takes so long with nothing to do with me. I sat in the branch for over an hour without anyone asking me any questions. Just waiting while the employees typed away on their computers. If you have all the info you need, why do I need to wait so long? Especially considering you email the applications for signatures now. That’s awesome!”

“I recently needed a last minute notary. It was near the end of the day and I arrived at the MACU Draper Branch with only about 5 minutes before closing time. I was invited to sit at a desk with Lohanna Carlson. She gave me absolute attention, completed what I needed, and was so pleasant & friendly during the whole transaction. Although it was closing time, Lohanna never seemed rushed, and yet she completed what I needed quickly & efficiently.
